A good talk about Persistence: A New Java Persistence API for Berkeley DB

Hayes Mark had a good talk about BerkeleyDB's persistence implementation. And a comparation between BerkeleyDB and EJB3.JPA define and imple.

Experts told us, difference is the database. BerkeleyDB is an unlike SQL database. The key-value type of data is used in BerkeleyDB. Another difference is, BerkeleyDB Persistence API just provide a API implementation, an embbed database lib. And the performance is really different. We choose BerkeleyDB base on what our business purpose is.
